Who We Are

Hello, my name is Briana, and in 2021, I lost my son at 38 weeks.

No one is ever prepared for such a loss, but I luckily had an army by my side to help me emotionally and financially. During my journey, I started to think about the families who didn’t have similar support. The pain of such an event is unimaginable, and trying to figure out how to pay for arrangements along with grieving and recovering can feel impossible. Maternity leave is also still valid, even without a baby, and I was unable to go back to work. Other bereaved mothers may find themselves in this same predicament, and counseling can be expensive without insurance. Therapy is an important step in the healing process and I wouldn’t be where I am today without it.

Named after my son, Hunter’s Embrace is here to help the families that have suffered a stillbirth or other form of infant loss. Our mission is to hopefully help them get to a better place in life and ease the hardest parts of a terrible loss. We strive to make all the Angel babies happy by giving support to their families that are left here on Earth.
